North Northamptonshire Annual Monitoring Report (2009-10)

The Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) is the second joint report prepared for the North Northamptonshire Joint Planning Committee and the constituent local planning authorities. It covers the monitoring year 2009/10 and monitors the implementation of the Core Spatial Strategy adopted in June 2008. It also includes the first assessment of progress with implementation of the Wellingborough Town Centre Area Action Plan, which was adopted in the monitoring year.

The AMR is considered a key tool in the review of the core strategy, because it helps to gauge the extent to which policies and/or mitigating actions are required.
